Beth Sobel, who illustrates some of the board game world's most popular games, such as Wingspan, Calico, Herbaceous, and Viticulture to name a few, will be launching a Kickstarter on September 21, 2021, featuring stunning playing cards.
Each of the four suits takes place in a different location and has an animal to go with them. Some cards focus on the land itself and others on the animal. Each set also replaces the picture cards with brilliantly designed women, who age throughout the cards.
These cards are mysterious, calming, and just plain lovely. Every single card has a unique piece of art and it is so hard to pick a favorite because I just love them all. But don't just take my word for it, check them out below!
